By using Battle World ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be 17 years of age or older to use Battle World. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Entertainment Purpose

Battle World is an entertainment app only. The scores generated during matches are for fun and gaming purposes. They are not real assessments of appearance, attractiveness, or any personal quality. No score should be interpreted as a factual evaluation.

3. Community Guidelines

Users must:

• Treat all other users with respect
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Not use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
• Not display inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content on camera
• Not attempt to manipulate scores or exploit bugs
• Not impersonate other users

4. Report and Block System

Users can report other users for violating community guidelines and block users to prevent further interactions. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. False or abusive reporting may result in action against the reporter.

5. Ban Policy

Violations of community guidelines result in escalating penalties:

• First offense: 24-hour ban
• Second offense: 7-day ban
• Third offense or severe violation: permanent ban

Severe violations (threats, explicit content, hate speech) may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warnings.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion. Users may also delete their own account at any time through the app settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in Battle World are owned by us or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of scores, or availability of matches.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
